And, since we are not a franchise, we can easily beat any franchise remodeling bid over $1000 by 10% - day in, day out. How so? Easy! Serving the entire North Florida First Coast area, from Amelia Island (Fernandina Beach) south to St. Augustine and beyond, we at jaxcontractor.com are now unrestricted by the territory of Duval, Clay, Nassau, or St. Johns County, and can go anywhere in Florida where your larger scale remodeling or construction job would be.  Using only our company employees, to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction, we can easily handle all types of larger scale home improvement projects and construction, including room additions and full-scale bathroom & kitchen remodeling (projects typically over $1000).  We also specialize in all types of Hurricane Protection Services and Waterproofing.  Our unequaled reputation for prompt, courteous, professional service is just another added value for you since we will meet (or beat) any licensed contractor’s written estimate.  Our service technicians are employees, not subs, so you know they take extra pride in their work and will get your job done properly.  All have national background checks.

Commercial Work?
We do perform all types of Commercial Maintenance services and rehabilitations without size limit or restriction.  We may, in fact, perform “Handyman” services in this sector ourselves, and do accept payment on account within 30 days, once you fill out the appropriate paperwork with us.  As Licensed Florida General Contractors, we do perform work over 2 stories in height.  We can even erect Steel Buildings or Pre-Fab buildings, as well as perform the build-outs (studs, drywall, electric, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, etc.).

Work for Realtors?  Home inspections?
We do perform all types of Rehab work for Realtors, Realty Companies, and Property Management firms on account, or with payment upon closing, so long as closing is within 30 days and we have the proper Credit Approval or Accts. Receivable paperwork on file.  If the work is minor (under $1000) and is considered “Handyman” or “Fixit” in nature, we can recommend a suitable contractor to perform the work for buyers or sellers.

Home Inspection Repairs?
We do perform Home Inspection repairs if the work is substantial (typically over $1000) or requires the services of a Licensed Florida General Contractor (CGC-1504680), or a permit.  If the work is minor (under $1000) and is considered “Handyman”, “Fixit”, or “Honey Do” in nature, or falls under the realm of “Small to Medium Home Repairs” or “Minor Home Repairs”, we can recommend a suitable contractor to perform the work for buyers or sellers, but we cannot perform the work ourselves at the present time.
