local owners and operators, we now focus on larger home remodeling, home improvement & renovation projects, as well as room additions, in Jacksonville & the Beaches areas (Ponte Vedra, Neptune, Atlantic, Vilano, Fernandina & of course, Jax Beach). We specialize in Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, and can offer many ancillary services with these types of renovations (see Products). With lower overhead and no franchise fees of any sort, we can now pass along these savings

We now typically concentrate on mid-to-large
scale residential home remodeling & improvement projects (kitchen & bath remodeling) and construction (e.g. Windows & Doors, T-111 & Hardiboard Siding, Decks, etc.). We do perform all forms of commercial maintenance, renovation, repair, and remodeling. We no longer do residential
"Handyman" work, but we can refer you to reputable firms that
do this "handyman" type or size of small home repair (typically under
$1000), should you ask us. We do act as Product Representatives,
Dealers, and Installation Specialists for over 35 Home Improvement Specialty
Products designed to customize or improve your home.
When
we find products we really like, we sponsor them, as part
of our "One Stop Shop" solution. We've tried to find those
home specialty products or services not carried by Home Depot™ or Lowes™ we think most homeowners
will want or discover they need after they move in or begin
customizing their homes.
